Mural to commemorate Women’s Day (March 8) at IES Porreres. It shows a girl observing a cage where she finds a bouquet of purple flowers, which metaphorically represent the feminist movement. There is also a hand that opens this cage. With this idea we want to capture an image of education on the subject to future generations and an allegory of women’s freedom.
Students from the educational center wrote related words on the subject, at the bottom of Clara Campoamor’s phrase “Freedom is learned by exercising it.”
